Turn every Harvest time entry into a Jira worklog
For agencies on Jira Cloud that bill from Harvest. Time logged in Harvest's web, desktop or mobile apps lands on the right Jira issue on its own.
Target delivery 15 January 2027. If it isn't delivered by then, you get your money back automatically.

Your team keeps using Harvest. Jira gets the worklogs.
Connect Harvest
Paste a Harvest personal access token and your account ID. People are matched to Jira users by email.
Set your matching rules
An issue key in the notes (e.g. ABC-123) comes first. Then your Harvest project + task rules apply.
Let it run
Each scheduled run creates or updates worklogs. Entries with no issue wait in a queue for you.
Time lives in Harvest. Jira never sees it.
Missing hours
Your team logs time outside Jira. So Jira worklogs, estimates and client reports are incomplete.
Manual imports
Without an automatic, scheduled sync that matches users, someone runs imports by hand. Repeat runs can duplicate worklogs.
Double work
Someone checks timesheets by hand, or people log the same time twice.
What v1 will do (planned)
v1 will
- Sync on a schedule. New or edited Harvest entries become Jira worklogs with the original date, duration and author.
- Never log twice. An entry-to-worklog ID table blocks duplicates.
- Unmatched-entries queue. Assign an issue in one click and save it as a rule.
- Backfill any past date range.
- Run on Atlassian Forge, inside your Jira Cloud site.
v1 will not
- Offer timers.
- Sync from Jira back to Harvest.
- Work with Clockify or other time trackers.
Not a fit for Jira Data Center or Server.
Pay ahead, and keep the founding price for a year
I'm checking whether teams will pay for this before I build it. It suits Jira Cloud teams of up to 25 users. More users? Email georgi@korenda.com before paying.
Founding pre-order
$45one-time · covers your first 3 months for up to 25 Jira users
Then $15/month for the next 9 months (about $0.60/user). After that, normal Marketplace pricing.
- Every v1 feature listed above
- One call with me to set up your mapping rules
Pre-order terms
- The app is not built yet. You're paying ahead for an app I will build after this test.
- Target delivery: listed on the Atlassian Marketplace and installable on your site by 15 January 2027.
- Automatic full refund of the $45 if it isn't delivered by then.
- Full refund on request, for any reason, before delivery and up to 14 days after.
- Atlassian bills Marketplace apps, so your founding price and prepaid 3 months come as a Marketplace discount code. If that can't be done, I refund what you prepaid.
- Scope may change. If a listed feature is cut, you can choose a full refund.
Payment is handled by Stripe on a secure checkout page.

Questions
Where will my Harvest token be stored?
The plan is Forge's encrypted app storage on your own Atlassian site. v1 only needs read-only Harvest access.
What if we leave Harvest?
Before delivery, ask for a full refund. After delivery, cancel any time on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Will it change worklogs people add in Jira?
No. It only creates or updates worklogs that come from Harvest entries.
